Mills is proud to announce our new Mills Loves Pets Policy. We have lifted the breed restriction at four communities: CityView Apartments, CitySide Apartments, Bonhomme Village Apartments, and Waterford Manors.
No more will a dog be judged based on its breed; we are lifting the ban and now allow all dog breeds to live happily in CityView and CitySide – our two downtown St. Louis communities, Bonhomme Village – centrally located in Olivette, and Waterford Manors – Manchester, MO. There are no exclusions – all dogs are welcome pending initial interview and vaccination records. Our only request is a maximum of two. Which two is completely up to you.
Mills Apartments is your home and pets are family – we want you to be able to enjoy your home with your family. Many of our communities offer bark parks where your four legged family can play off-leash. If your Mills community doesn’t have one, check below for a dog-friendly community park near you.
Just a few of our current pet residents.
Isabella is 6 years old and is a Tiger Village resident. She loves hiking and bacon. She is super friendly and loves everyone around her.
Resident of Pavilion Apartments in Maryland Heights and winner of the 2016 Naughty or Nice Holiday Pet Photo Contest.
Jackson resides at CityView, one of our 4 communities with no breed restrictions. Jackson is a little over a year old and enjoys sunbathing and chasing silly rabbits.
We work with HSMO, Stray Rescue of St. Louis and Unchained Melodies in Columbia, MO to promote pets that are up for adoption.
Otis is a loving senior Shepherd mix. He is nine years old, but still has plenty of get up and go in him. He has a fantastic personality and enjoys snuggling on the couch as your favorite Netflix buddy just as much as he enjoys playing. Otis is laid back and sweet and is long overdue in finding his loving, forever home. Otis is waiting for you at Unchained Melodies in Columbia, MO.
Athena is only nine-months-old, but has already stolen the hearts of everyone around her. She’s a gorgeous, brown Beagle mix with white markings and a heart of gold. She weighs about thirty-one pounds, so she’s a medium sized gal who can keep up on a long walk while still fitting next to you on the couch. Athena can be shy at first with new people and situations, but with a little time she warms up and becomes very friendly. She’s a sweet and playful girl who will make a great addition to one lucky family! She is waiting for you at the Humane Society of Missouri’s Macklind Ave Headquarters.
Sandy is SOOOO loving. She is battling kidney failure and is so perfect with a heart of gold. She gives all the kisses and cuddles that anyone could ever want. Her favorite thing in the world (besides snuggling!) is tennis balls! She loses her mind when she sees a tennis ball. She is also a good reminder to take life one day at a time. She stops to smell everything and say hello to everyone every time she goes for a walk. She will sit IN your lap and try to climb in all day. She deserves a wonderful home! Sandy is waiting for you at Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
